On our price list the kitchen, bathrooms & living room are included in the pricing and will not affect the change in price. We also include removal of rubbish up to one heavy duty refuse sack free of charge, any more than that will be the responsibility of the customer to remove.
We do not come out to quote a clean as this would cost more due to staff wages, fuel, etc to come out to give a price for your end of tenancy clean. So we are able to stay cheaper than our competitors by not doing this.
